Hi there! Sounds like your curiosity got the best of you. Well, you asked for it:
I’m a devoted student and 200HR ERYT, experienced registered yoga teacher, from Chicago, I believe that for many people (like myself!) yoga can be a path to joy and so I want to share my journey with you in hopes that you may also find balance and happiness in your life.
I study yoga at Moksha Yoga Chicago and practice and teach at Village Yoga Chicago. My practice and teaching style are infused and inspired by my teachers Daren Friesen, Alyson D’Souza and Sara Strother. In addition to having completed 900+hrs towards my 200hr certification, I’ve dedicated over 200 hours studying with master teachers like: Tias Little, Aadil Palkhivala, Sadie Nardini, Kathryn Budig, Jason Crandell, Bryan Kest, Maty Ezraty, Noah Maze and Seane Corn.
Outside of yoga, I enjoy crafting, listening to records, baking, cooking, reading and even cleaning (generally all at the same time which drastically reduces my productivity). I hardly ever listen to music produced after 1979 and would prefer a night in, cooking pasta while sipping a good glass of cabernet, over a night out anytime. Did I mention that I’m Italian? Well, I am – and it could be said that I like things a little “tacky Italian.” Think, doilies and Jesus jewelry and Tony and Dawn. I come from a very strong and loving family and have been blessed with a wonderful boyfriend and circle of friends who simply make my life richer and me a very grateful girl.
